I could smell this for days. Grapefruit, lemon peel, juniper, peach, sea water, grass. It keeps evolving. Palate is clean with just enough body to make it interesting but not heavy. This got better with time in the bottle. Outstanding! — 3 years ago

i was surprised by how delightful i found this! a beautiful, round mouthfeel, that had a lovely peak of acidity to finish. a touch of oak, notes of ripe pears that gave way to citrus. i really enjoyed this. — 5 years ago
great wine for the price, peppery — 6 years ago

Really enjoyed this, very much a burgundy style at a good price. — 6 years ago
Fresh with pinpoint tannins and vibrant, juicy acids. Very Santa Barbara with fresh picked red berries and garrigue. Rustic and intense but also creamy on the finish. — 3 years ago
This is a great version of a California Zin. Nice notes of spice and pairs so well with a red meat meal. Found this on sale and will go get more while I can. Love the label and the cork. I am under a thunderstorm warning and this is so nice to watch the clouds rolling. Get some. — 4 years ago
Crisp and refreshing! Wonderful sipper! — 4 years ago
Yummy scrummy, really soft tannins and delicious strawberry, cranberry flavours. Light bodied, medium finish or maybe I just like thinking about it — 4 years ago
Would get again. Very good wine; nice balance; very flavorful and complex — 6 years ago
Good but has strong legs — 6 years ago
Even better a year later. Perfect with Greek gyro dinner. Strawberry, green pepper, forest, plums, just a bit of savory spice. Lovely — 3 years ago
I love blends like this! 2/3 of the grapes here are almost always used in tiny amounts with major grapes, but rarely blended with each other. This one had beautiful floral aromas, with some cranberry and pomegranate. On the palate, raspberry, strawberry, and cherry flavors pop out. Great pairing with a Thanksgiving-in-February turkey dinner. 56% Cinsault, 29% Syrah, 15% Carignan. 2/20/22. — 4 years ago
