From the castle in Napa. Crisp, and just the right amount of sweetness. — 8 years ago
Non-barel fermented English ortega. Reminded me of a Marlborough sauv blanc.. Bold, bone dry, racy, sharp goosberries initially but then a smooth finish. Been keeping it 4 or 5 months for Christmas. — 8 years ago
Drink it hot or chilled. Apple pie in a glass. — 9 years ago
Excellent. Smooth. Nice fruit notes — 9 years ago
The cherry shines through, without being overwhelmingly sweet. Extremely well balanced, would never have guessed this was 8%. If you want to try an ale brewed with fruit, but not a lambic, try this. — 9 years ago
This was our wedding white wine, May 16, 2009. — 10 years ago
Cherry and spice, just like the label says. Great balance. This one is out of the park. — 7 years ago
Semi sweet :) — 8 years ago
Awesome recommendation from our local wine guy. Hadn't heard of if before, apparently it's a newer project from Kirk Venge. It's the Chardonnay but Delectable doesn't seem to have it in their database. Complex nose and palate of flowers, minerals, slate, apricots, mint, brown butter, blah blah blah. Basically, too many to list, but I like how it tastes a little different each time. Really nice acid and viscosity. Sure to age well. — 8 years ago

Clean apple flavor with a funk on the end. If you haven't gotten on board the dry cider wine train, you need to start here. — 8 years ago
