Very approachable Nuit St George, we love them as they are almost always are on the border of premier Cru to Grand Cru, devilishly seductive wines. This one is bit less powerful than many of the others. — 7 years ago
Bought at auction a while ago, label fell off at some point, and I forgot the wine. True blind tasting. I think it is a 93 Noellat Nuit st. George. Did the trick. — 8 years ago
An impressive example of an often over looked appellation. In the glass, I wander from Chablis to Nuit St Georges Blanc and momentarily in Puligny. Not sure how or why and it doesn't really matter because this is a delicious wine. Not aggressive anything...just beauty and balance with a welcome inclusion of fruit and a touch of oak. — 8 years ago
Today, 12.07.15 is a great day to drink this 2005 Pommard. Nuit St Georges deliciousness . Ripe fruit, well balanced, everything I want in a burgundy. — 8 years ago
Not bad for a nuit on the tiles! — 9 years ago
This burg is good by, fair bit of wood on nose but very well integrated on palate, plenty of terroir too... Smoke, cinnamon dried meat, old tree stump, and big dark blackberries and minerals, very nuit-st-georges in style. Palate is suave and fresh but real ripe as well, spicy blackberries and roots abound, some wood on finish but plenty of fruits as well, a warm earthiness and plenty of concentration for $50 in burgundy. Well made and priced black wine of burgundy, delicious. Reg $36 on sale for 27$, not a lot of acid but enough in a ready to drink style. 2011 vintage. — 9 years ago

Stunning and captivating Burgundy, from a tiny lieu dit in Nuit-Saint-Georges near the village proper. Perfect harmony with the structure and acidity of 2008 that should allow this to age effortlessly for many, many more years....like 15-20. The nose is simply off the charts! — 7 years ago
Kind of profound? I mean, this is kind of a cru nuit st George in disguise. Crazy good. Beats the 2014 by a stretch. — 8 years ago
Cuz some nights just need some 'Burg and Attenborough to soften the blow of a bad basketball game... Young Chardonnay vine selection from An awesome Nuit St George producer. Still in a fully youthful phase, but showing finesse beneath a plush exterior. That vertebrae, tho — 8 years ago
If there were grand cru in Nuit Saint George this would be one, for sure. You don't believe a Pinot Noir can taste like this. So intense, concentrated and a long lasting after taste. Just love it. — 8 years ago
Nuit-St-Georges 1st Cru 2005 — 8 years ago
This 2008 had a nice body, and very fruity. It what I expect for nuit saint georges. I touch of acidity was a little too present. After chilling it was amazing — 9 years ago
Paul Pontallier crafted Nuit St Georges with Yue Minjun art work. Much fruit and sharpness. Great to be aged but still fabulous — 9 years ago
2009. Fabulous. Very Charmes. Much fruitier and finer tannined than I was expecting for a Nuit. Lovely. — 10 years ago
Real deal. Very youthful but still drinking quite well. Nose of black and red fruits, violets, fresh blackberries, woodsy notes, with just enough of that nuit St George savory note. On the palate, rich core of black wild berries and red cherries with more florality than you would spect from NSG. Opened up a ton over a couple of hours, but feels like it will turn spectacular in 5 years — 8 years ago
Wow, incredibly rare wine made by one of the true masters of Burgundy winemaking. Very special village wine. — 8 years ago
A stunning new world pinot.... You really should not look for this wine. It's a baby and will last 20 more years.....wow what a wine. This would fool you for a mature burgundy. Definitely nuit st George esque in terms of fruit and masculinity this wine rocked. The folks I was tasting wine wondered if this could pair with steak.... Go figure. — 8 years ago
Bon millésime pour ce nuit St Georges aux notes poivrées — 9 years ago
Great nuit st georges — 9 years ago
Have not opened it before. But I love Nuit-St-Georges. — 11 years ago

Told this was Carignan, a red grape typically, but not barely on skin so this a white wine. Really interesting, hard to place the taste, but nice. Medium body — 7 years ago
