A tasty Napa Bordeaux blend, well made, slightly high toned and pushing the acidic side of the spectrum. That’s said, was quite enjoyable, but there are certainly others that are at least comparable if not better at this price point. — 4 years ago
Rewarded by patience. This was amazing, well balanced, dark, and silky. @Mike Smith you are the grape whisperer! — 6 years ago
01 Togni wouldn't hurt to have another decade on it. — 8 years ago
Rich yellow color. White flowers, chamomile and lemon on nose with more citrus, lemon curd, honey, and some stone fruit on palate. Very high acid, full bodied, long and full finish. Young, needs time. Very Santa Cruz. — 8 years ago
Delicious and hedonistic. Rich textures and dark fruit. Some leathery like aromas with hints of herbs — 9 years ago
Another winner from Ridge. Perfectly balanced — 10 years ago
Great bottle from @MFV_Wine. Brings back the memories of Tucker and family on Katie's 21st! — 11 years ago
We had the 2014 Vintage on 7/15-16/23. An excellent Cab with tastes of black cherry, blueberry, oak, vanilla and lavender. Full bodied, fruit forward and well balanced. The tannins are all smoothed out. Outstanding! — 10 months ago
Hints of vanilla, a smooth finish, — 5 years ago

Opened up to be a completely different wine within 40-1hr. Very fruit forward- cherry, strawberrys. Loved the mixture of Syrah in the blend — 7 years ago

As always, a stunner. This is a delight to drink. Balanced, fruity, light on oak. — 7 years ago
More acidic than I like. Body is a bit off. — 7 years ago
Awesome right bank of merlot and cab franc! Tannins softening! Long aging potential — 8 years ago
Ooh la la! Fantastic crisp apple-pear fruit laced with a streak of minerality and beautiful richness and length. Lovely now and sould last another 5+ years. — 9 years ago
Went with the Pacific NW for the big game. Aromas and notes of black fruits, pepper, and meat. Appropriately big, powerful, but agile. Terrific. — 9 years ago
Whenever I'm looking for my California Cabernet fruit basket. Love this stuff. — 10 years ago
Tom Garland
1.5 hour decant(decent chunky sediment). A majestic deep purplish magenta color with a little bricking. Always have a soft spot for aged Cain Five and Chris's old school savory style(embrace a little brett!). On the nose: stunning nose of worn leather, funky wet earth, red fruit, touch of menthol, nutty. Taste: Restrained, silky, elegant, balanced wine with dusty earth, herbaceous, currants, plum, cedarwood, and peppery dark chocolate medium finish. YUM! Hitting its stride with time to go. — 6 months ago
