Bartlett Pear eau de vie. (Lot PB-08)
This will be my initial experience with this bottle after passing it in my local shop numerous times and pondering the eventual purchase.
Ok... Just like everything else made under the roof at St. George's, this is crazy juice, nose is intense peeled pear skin and the palate has the truest expression of pear I've ever known. All this is distinctly Bartlett Pear, no question. Wow, perfect close to the evening. — 8 years ago

Batch #24. Lots of juniper & floral — 9 years ago
Intense nose of dark chocolate and sour cherries. Persistent palate. Would be great with chocolate cake. — 10 years ago
Arguably one of the best blended Japanese whiskey's at this price point. Beautiful finish that easy to enjoy for novices and seasoned spirits fans. — 10 years ago
Favorite sake of all time; nothingness! — 10 years ago
I could drink all of this. Wow it blew my mind. Honestly one of the best spirits I've ever tasted. — 9 years ago
The perfect antidote to winter, a good Provence rosé is summer in a glass—and this obliging bottle of 2015 Château Trians Reserve de Trians Coteaux Varois certainly lifted the spirits after days of snow and bitter temperatures in Portland. It's salmon-hued with golden reflexes and the sort of breezy aromas I just adore. Melon. White peach. White flowers, talcum powder, and sea air and the most wonderful acidity embroidered in chalky repose to hold it all together. 13.5% ABV Sample — 9 years ago
My favorite gin to accompany tonic. Without a doubt more effervescent than hendrick's, but would recommend their dry gin for a gin martini. Very floral and delicious, little bit of spice. — 9 years ago
Burdeos means Bordeaux in Spanish. This prestige tequila is aged in French oak barrels that previously housed the famed wine. This tequila has notes of Intense molasses, cinnamon, corn, raisins. Silky mouth feel. — 10 years ago
"Not Kentucky Bourbon" flight. Last of 3. Complex and smooth. — 10 years ago
Mulling spices and pears. Reminded me of the holidays! — 8 years ago
So, not sure how to follow up on a night that included an incredible wine dinner featuring Ridge Vineyards... The jammy Zin's have left me looking for something a little sweeter (I have no Ridge in the house as alternative). So off to the wonderful land of pomegranate liqueur over ice. This is a dangerous bottle, hence it hasn't been cracked until tonight, I had to clean the dust off, but now it'll never make it back to the shelf...Seek and be rewarded! — 8 years ago
Great balance with the tartness and acidity of the raspberries cutting through the sweetness. — 9 years ago
Fresh juniper all day, the addition of honey makes a very interesting, almost sauterne-ish mouthfeel. Brilliant. — 9 years ago
