Imperial 6L bottle. Awesome!!! @Chris Koupal @Bill Bender you guys would have enjoyed this one — 9 years ago
Wow that's freaking good! Dark fruit with a lush mouthfeel. Great long finish. I always chuckle when people say 11 was a bad year. Bill & Alicia have a great recipe even in a subpar growing year. Always exciting to uncork one of these bad boys!! 🍷😍🍷😍 — 9 years ago
Tasted. No doctors made me pay through the nose like Mr. @Bill Bender but I feel his pain. My impatience won't allow me to buy this "en quant." Drink now or forever hold your peace! $200/btl means I hold my wallet... — 9 years ago
TVH's winemaker - Bill Balentine - is producing some of the best Cabernet Sauvignons I have ever tasted! — 9 years ago
2006 Buccella is maturing beautifully. Notes of black cherry and blackberry coupled with hints of cocoa and graphite fill the glass. It has a medium to full bodied finish. Alicia and Bill have sourced some excellent fruit in every vintage produced and today Celia continues to squeeze her magic in every barrel. — 10 years ago
One of my favorite whites over the last couple years, faintly sweet but packed with melon, white flowers and minerals. — 10 years ago
This Pinot has become one of my favorites reds from New World! Such a great elegance, red fruits and animal aromas... Wonderful! — 10 years ago
incredibly rich, but not fat with overbearing ripe fruit. definitely more towards savory. Bill Easton does it right. more time to go with this wine. — 11 years ago

Awesome experience a 1991 Caymus Special Selection. Upon opening showing good fruit in the nose. Tannins have dissipated. Thought it might be over the hill? No Way! Tried with WW staff. A gift from Dr Bill! You know who you are. Great 25 yr old bottle of Cab! Big Wow! — 9 years ago
Crisp, fruity, smooth mouthfeel, no oak. Beautiful profile akin to drinking tears. Revolutionary breakthrough in wine-as-a service technology (WaaS). Bill Fevre has led a team focused on good Chablis. The software is Ruby on Rails compatible. High quality producer out of San Francisco. — 9 years ago
A little Howell Mountain tonight. Great job Bill, 2001 is drinking nicely. — 9 years ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Recently purchased by Bill Foley of Foley Family Wines, continuing traditions of Fred Furth who founded Chalk Hill in 1972, which encompasses 280 acres of vineyards. A blend of 84% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Sauvignon Gris and 6% Sauvignon Musque, the latter 2 adding an interesting dynamic to the wine and distinctive aromas. One of the few SB's to see some oak giving this wine complexity. Peach, herb and earthy tones, well balanced with acidity, smooth yet robust on a lingering finish ending with citrus notes. — 8 years ago
