Looking for a new white to add to your wine drinking repertoire? Well here it is. I had this wine and it's big brother (As Sortes) almost a half dozen times in Spain last week. This is an insane value at about $18. This is my wine of the year so far under $25.
Color of intense lemon yellow.
The nose is rich in fruit and fresh in minerality. Meyer lemon, golden pear, lime, salt, crushed rocks and a waxy floral note, a lot going on in the nose and palate. Speaking of the palate the crisp and mouthwatering acidity combines effortlessly with the depth and weight of the wine spectacularly into a clean, fresh finish. Buy it by the case and thank me later.
