Difficile à décrire sans le vocabulaire, mais ça à l'air équilibré, ça sent très bon, et la texture du vin fait penser à de la soie. Assez tannique si mes souvenirs sont bons. Nice souvenir from Patrimonio. Good balance, the structure is rich and the taste is long. Nice complexity of white flowers, pear, apricot, some fresh herbs and dry herbs. Good to dring now but can probably age a few more years. — 10 years ago

Americain IPA. Au nez, comme si on se mettait la tête dans un sac de houblon frais. Notes de fruits tropicaux et de pamplemousse. En bouche, une amertume bien balancée par un un sucre résiduel. Malt envahit par la puissante saveur du houblon, mais c'est loin d'être désagréable. Amertume importante mais sans être agressante. Très longue finale sur l'amertume du houblon et un côté malté. Une de mes IPA Américaine préférée. Un doux souvenir de la Headytopper de The Alchemist au Vermont. — 10 years ago
