Gusbourne

Pinot Noir 2013

Le vin très clair, typique d'un Pinot Noir. Le nez est sur les arômes de fruits rouges macérés dans l'alcool et le chocolat et la bouche y est fidèle, avec une légèreté surprenante. J'aime beaucoup ce vin ! — 10 years ago

Bluebird Bitter English Ale

The name almost had me turned off but the bitterness is quite mild. A very impressive ale, refreshing as drinking an iced tea! — 10 years ago

Very dark, but smooth and bubbly and not as heavy as it appears. Tasty and easy to drink like a lager with notes of chocolate. — 10 years ago

Grosvenor Brut Chardonnay 2011

Out at the winery we gave it a taste. Very nice. England is making some great sparkling wines. Picked up a magnum of their 2004. — 10 years ago

Yes there do seem to be bubbles in it. I got fresh citrus, quince (easily confused with soap) and hints of brioche on the finish.

It is of course the perfect terroir for cooler climate wines... Hence the lemongrass notes
