Soho house w/ Ry & Lior! 5.7.16 — 9 years ago
2004 vintage. At Boca di Lupo in Soho. Medium tawny hue. On the nose, wonderful aromas similar to between a tawny port or even an Oloroso sherry. Lots of sweet spices, sherried oxidative notes, walnuts and dates, dried fruits. Quite complex. On the palate, high acidity keeps the wine very fresh and there's some power and concentration of flavours. Good length on the finish. Really enjoyable. Drink now but suspect this will improve and keep on going for many years to come: 2030+. — 9 years ago

balanced soft round Tuscan red, perfect with burrata, arugula, ravioli dining in soho — 10 years ago
Smooth and delicious without being overpowering. Complemented our chicken and was nice on its own. I will say it gets an extra 👍🏼 for being a screw top. Perfect for a nyc park! I picked it up in Soho for $11. — 10 years ago
Couldn't find any online but accidentally bumped into this lovely bottle in a wineshop inside Soho. Floral, a little bit dusty. Will give it more time. — 10 years ago
Great discovery at The James (Soho, NYC). Fantastic wine list and very helpful and knowledgable Sommelier. Will be searching this out in the UK. — 11 years ago
Nice inexpensive wine. Bought at Soho on sale for $42. — 11 years ago
Had this at Soho in Vinings. One of the best Pinots I've ever had! — 12 years ago
I bought a case of this delicious Barolo a while ago and am delighted every time I open a bottle. Texturally this is a wonderfully attractive wine. Both ripe and floral, it lingers powerfully and yet with lightness. One of two Vietti wines enjoyed at Antique Garage's original location is Soho (having enjoyed some haloumi the week prior at the new location, I was back for more). — 8 years ago
Excellent. Had it at Charlie Bird in Soho NYC — 9 years ago
1999 vintage. At Boca di Lupo in Soho. Medium ruby hue. Very expressive nose of blackberry, black plum and smokey bacon, leather tan and earth. The wine is developing nicely. On the palate, there's high acidity, medium alcohol, medium plus body and medium plus crunchy tannins. The finish is long. There's full concentration on this wine - flavours similar to the aromas on the nose. An excellent example of Clape's Cornas. Drink now until 2026+ — 9 years ago

Tried this at Milroy's in Soho, London. Absolutely fantastic 18 year old anCnoc. Everything you'd expect from a great Highland whisky. Now need me a whole bottle. — 10 years ago
Had it in Soho House in NY. Surprisingly quality for the price. Smooth yet while maintaining a good depth for a Pinot. — 11 years ago
Craziest champs I've ever had. Amazing. In super tiny NY soho wine bar. — 11 years ago
Had this wine at great wine bar/restaurant called Vinotech in London's Soho. Great Rioja producer. Never had a bad one and this was elegant, balanced, almost feminine light style but with long finish. — 11 years ago

Late night at a Soho loft party... I'm sure this Champagne tasted exactly the same as all the other times I've had it. My memory of this particular instance alludes me. — 8 years ago
