Wow, that's what a Napa Cabernet Sauvignon should taste like?? Delighted to be given such an incredible drop thanks to @Noah Chilton. Big berry nose, well balanced oak, a touch of tobacco, crisp apple skins and good tannins that linger nicely. Perfect food wine paired with a roasted tomato and zucchini pasta.
