Popped and poured. Absolutely delicious bottle of PB that surprised and thrilled. Gorgeous color of honey-yellow that wowed with aromas of white peach, apricot, and pear. Palate was laced with an unmistakable minerality that gave structure to the exquisitely textured ripe fruit.
