Delightful. A bit simple, but good balance of texture, roundness, and some nice tropical notes. — 9 years ago
This is the straight mersault, not caillerets, for some reason Delectable is struggling to recognize it... Juicy, zesty, lemon power punch. Dazzling fruit and intensity. Pure Coche fun with real persistence. Mental note not to drink this alongside a Montrachet again... It only highlights the lack of complexity and relative simplicity, but damn, if this isn't the sexiest simple wine ever. — 10 years ago

Nothing too complex about this one, it's just delicious. Simple, yet achieving some elegance. Black cherries, white pepper, and herbs. Plenty of acid and rusticness. Grignolino is an unknown varietal to me but it certainly shows promise here. — 10 years ago
Blackberry, moderate tannin, a bit sweet. Simple and pleasant. — 11 years ago

Slightly bitter fruit punch with a little funk. Ideal for glugging, though the fruit really comes to the fore with simple food - there’s still thinking under the fun. Thanks Steve. — 7 years ago
Lime zest, chalk, and limeade popsicle. Fresh, acid for days, green citrus and apple fruit. Simple, drinkable, and enjoyable. Pop the bottle cap and serve at a summer party. 1 liter. — 7 years ago

Tasted blind so I'm sticking to my initial thoughts and rating.
I found it a bit simple on the palate and with artificial flavors (bubble gum) that made me think of bottom-shelve domestic Chardonnay.
It's been over a decade since my last Hamilton Russell so probably just my palate that is "off" here.... — 8 years ago
