Still a baby. Can you imagine a 14 year old white wine that sill needs time? Best closer to cellar temp (55 degrees) as it acts more like a GC Wh. Burg than Champagne. Supple and soft with a right lemony core and just a hint of fresh dough. — 11 years ago
