Given the price point was very pleased how well this 11 year old Grenache based wine showed, silky smooth tannins, still had plenty of fruit left.

Однако на самом острове часть урожая этого винограда идёт в производство белого сухого вина.

Infatara впервые произведена в 2013 году и является single yard wine. То есть, виноград использован только с одного участка Tricoli. В этом смысле - уникальное вино, которое нам предложили в местном ресторане Signum.

Вино легко пьётся, как и все летние вина.

Букет выражен цитрусовыми нотками с легка терпкими проявлениями вкуса от неспелого кислого винограда. — 12 years ago

2004. Very good, but not as great as I had hoped. Taste and structure felt much older than I was anticipating for a 2004. Seemed like it might have been a little premature, but bottle and cork all looked in perfect condition. In any case, cherry, black pepper, a hint of meats, and a little must. Started to get pleasant notes of sweet tobacco on the second day. Very smooth with little tannin remaining in this bottle. Nice long finish. — 10 years ago
