is there a better palate cleanser? Ray Signorello knows what moves the needle! — 11 years ago
60/40 Semillon/Sauv Blanc made in the oaky style we love in Signorello whites. Good one. — 11 years ago
Cali value Bordeaux blend side by side:
Signorello: 34% cab, 33% merlot, 33% cab franc bought for $55
Julsyn: 38% cab, 37% merlot, 23% cab franc, 2% petit v bought for $60
Justin: 77% cab, 11% cab franc, 9% merlot, 2% petit, 1% malbec bought for $75
I think the Signorello wins nose and palate. Tons of brambly fruit (94). Almost a dead heat with the Justin (93). The Juslyn was way outgunned (90). @S.R.Alexander says 93 Justin, 91 for the Signorello and Juslyn. Justin was an -05. The others -09. — 9 years ago

Meursault like. Restrained nose, explosive acidity and lemon lime fruit with endless minerality. Damn, son. A gorgeous wine. — 10 years ago
Erin drank this on 4/25/2015 nice smooth blend! — 11 years ago

Hints of apricot and pear. Delicious! — 11 years ago
Hard to evaluate while eating spicy homemade tacos. The nose was sweet and fresh. Initially the tannins were forward but well balanced by blackberry and vanilla. It's a very full, rich, and interesting wine. The finish is not long and the tannins dominate. It went really well with spicy tacos and really amplified the flavors of the food. Doesn't need to decant long. Christmas Eve dinner. — 11 years ago

This is a value brand by Ray Signorello. 89% cabernet sauvignon, 8% cabernet franc and 3% merlot. Blackcurrant, cedarwood and a touch of vanilla. Ripe black fruit, but not jammy. Nice acidity and tannic structure that needs a few years to soften up. Very good value for a Napa Cab at 25 euro. — 9 years ago
