(**) a white wine made from Pinot Noir (blanc de noirs) that actually behaves very much like a Pinot Gris, e.g., med + body with softer fruits, mostly peach and pear, with a soft shimmer of bubbles to tickle the tongue. A nice winter white. — 11 years ago
