Simply delightful - a true expression of the terroir/vintage via stainless fermentation. B+ growing season...A-rated wine with loads of tropical sweetness with vibrant acidity keeping it real! — 11 years ago
Bright and floral on the nose. Wow really nice cab franc. Was not expecting this with a 2013. Soft and luscious on the pallette. Bright berry flavors with medium body. Nice warm clean finish. Really enjoying this!!! Nice pick husband!! — 11 years ago

A little acidic and dry. Good finish. Inexpensive pairing with steak or red sauce — 12 years ago

Probably the BEST CF I have ever had! Screams of French finesse and fruit. Had the sophistication of a blend with the pristine persona of a single varietal. It has a long ethereally sweet finish interwoven into structured tannins and ample acidity. This was like an M5 ready for any road. Just bought two more for the cellar :) — 9 years ago
Certainly not what I expected from a Pinot Noir....it was even better!! Served at my super hip hotel in San Francisco. Hotel Zeppelin — 10 years ago

Bright red sour cherry, rose petals, spice. M+ acid, m+ tannin. Long finish. Floral and aromatic. I can't believe this is from California and not Italy. — 11 years ago

The splashy label gave me pause and I approached with caution, but once I tasted, I was hooked. Fruity and warm without being a fruit bomb. Strong finish with stewed fruit and a hint of star anise. I would enjoy this all night solo hit it begs for food. — 12 years ago

Dessert wine for people who don't like like dessert wines. Yummy, velvety, toned down but to the right frequency. Love it. — 10 years ago
We drank the "Earth" variety and liked it slightly better than the "Stars". Both had the same delicacy and understated fruits, but the Earth had a richer mouth-feel. — 10 years ago
One of the best vineyards on earth! I love this winery for their joy and passion for making great wine! A perfect balance of fruit, alcohol, velvety smoothness and attention to detail...if u haven't had this, you are missing out! Get a case or five! — 10 years ago

Melon, apple. Pear. Classic Butter popcorn. Some very slight grassiness or herb. Vanilla ramps up on the finish. Complex, strong, and perfectly oaked. Lots of soul here. — 9 years ago
