Very impressive. Pushing French but bone dry. A lovely richness in the nose that is all too challenging to find in American cider. Body. Well done — 8 years ago

Clean, bright and fruity goodness. Outstanding definition of flavor. Focused, balanced and refreshing. Everything I love about cider! — 9 years ago
I’m not well versed in cider but this is how I like it. Unfiltered with brett on the nose, earthy fruit on the palate, and a long, dry finish. — 7 years ago
Dry. Rose 🌹 petal. Orange 🍊 citrus. Waxy. — 8 years ago
Probably the best domestic cider I've had. Mineral, almost tannic crunch. Conjures vivid images of tiny little enamel-stripping cider apples. Great acid, nice lift, evanescent finish that leaves you begging for another sip. — 9 years ago
Absolutely everything you want a cider to be. Leesy, fruity, absolutely wonderful. A joy to break open and crush with a friend when you only have 30m to chill. — 7 years ago
Small batch no. 16, “The Raven”. One of their first I’ve had of theirs that has a [mild] acetic profile. As my dad said, “kinda smells like those chips we used to eat.. salt & vinegar!” Super tasty and the quality of the feral fruit shows. Cool, deep fruit comes through on nose. Finish sticks to your gums rather than tongue... tannins. — 7 years ago
Fabulous ... And a bit tangy and tart. Love it. — 9 years ago
Yum. Really nice tannins. — 10 years ago

Now we’re talking! Awesome dry cider with enough apple texture and overtones that this is not just one dimensional. A bit more pricey than most ($12 for a 4 pack) but well worth it. — 7 years ago
