Smooth but dry and and peppery with an oily and somewhat fruity backbone — 8 years ago
The best Malbec I have had. Elegant earthy and filled with leather and intense but mellow tannins, this wine is extraordinary. The palette starts soft, and finishes with a powerful bang. A truly great wine. Should be consumed with steak. — 9 years ago
My wine of the night, and not just because it was the last bottle under the stars. Because it is damn fine Grenache made by two couples who have day jobs. I think this naming translates to Greenhouse Girl? A new favorite producer for me. Thank you to #SacredThirstSelections for this one! — 9 years ago

To die for! — 11 years ago
Bought this bottle in Paris, France at a wine tasting class at O Chateau. Great recommendation from the instructor! — 11 years ago
A delicious wine from Ardeche from organic farming, a blend of 60% Syrah 30% Merlot 10% Grenache Cinsault - indigenous yeasts, not fined, not filtered, 12 to 18 months in barrels - a great wine with a bright future 🍷👏😃 Needs time at opening to loose its alcohol touch! — 11 years ago

Lightly sweet and a bit of fizz — 7 years ago
A farewell of sorts. For both this vintage (only a couple of bottles and I fear years left as this is reaching maturity) and to a co-worker and friend who will be headed to this very chateau to make the enterprise even better. This one had some deep flavors and roundness at this stage while still retaining its characteristic structure. A fine goodbye. Drink up! — 8 years ago
A nose full of volatiles that dissipates after a few minutes in the glass. Tart, sour fruits - cherry, citrus - and a burst of pleasant acidity. — 9 years ago
Outstanding Prosecco! Nice peach, melon and floral notes. Lovely effervescence. Creamy texture. Beautiful summertime sipper, and it is a great base for a wonderful Mamosa! — 9 years ago
Dusty, tannic nose with a bit of leather and shoe polish, not much fruit. French oak along with its characteristic pop of vanilla is dominant. More cherry syrup on the palate than expected with tongue-stripping and grippy tannins and more new French oak. Intense. Would settle down and become less oak-dominant with time. — 10 years ago
That's a tasty wine. 60 M, 20 G, 20 S. Whole berry maceration, schist. Animal, meaty, schisty...faintly floral on finish. Gets better with every sip...or I'm drunk, either way, it's good...and for 4.76 euro....it kills! — 10 years ago
A little tannic, a lot French. Light and pleasant — 11 years ago

This was a 2008 vintage. Very nice honey, melon, aromas. Soft, smooth, apricot and honeysuckle flavors, but still dry and refreshing. — 11 years ago
