Serine varietal Cote Rotie! — 11 years ago
A touch of carbonic maceration, a blend of Viognier, Syrah, serine. Figs and licorice and olives. — 10 years ago
Great stuff. Definitely needs air. Like chili, it's even better on day 2 — 10 years ago
Blind tasted and was told that it was mono varietal. Didn't get any Viognier so was confused- alas my gut was right. I never distinguish Syrah from serine. But it really does impact the wine. Regardless- amazing. The acidity was surprising. Green peppers and some violets with a hint of red fruit on the nose. Quite a tender and delicate nose. — 10 years ago
