Good cheap Syrah. Easy drinking — 10 years ago
Sepia - Complex, Oaky/brandy yet plenty of fruit and syrup. 2012 vintage — 10 years ago
Very drinkable, best of three sampled. — 12 years ago
2011 Pinot Noir - Really good Chilean red! — 13 years ago
Great light French wine @ sepia — 13 years ago
'95 Pinot Gris - still a little young and needed some opening up. Golden honeyed flavors with yellow pear, Apple, lemon peel, some slight spiciness with enough acidity to cut through most foods. Paired well with caramelized duck at Sepia. $197/bottle — 9 years ago
Incredible. I think Portuguese wine is so underrated. This had the complexity of a Barolo. Tannic but elegant, the fruit still present even at that age. Coworker said it drinks like a sepia photograph, love that. — 10 years ago
Almost as good as the Sepia. A little fruitier but quite good. — 10 years ago

My first Merlot and it was very pleasant! Smooth with rich grape flavors! — 11 years ago
*Fascination Street* - deep amber hue, electric caramel nose, Meyer lemon toast, hazelnut brioche, crushed rock fabulosity. On the palate: med acid, high-mod alc, bit o' wood tannins...flavors of macadamia-lemon oil delight, sunset, toaster and sepia. Wants some Coltrane-In-Paris tunes, a retro frame of mind and good company. Ready: go. — 12 years ago
From Domaine de Marcoux, great dinner at Sepia Chicago — 13 years ago
Really awesome Riesling - a fun trip down memory lane. The nose is just pure heaven with an extremely rich palate. Not quite as much acidity as on their Rangen grand crus but really decadent and easy drinking. Turns me into a Kid at a candy shop. $18/glass at Sepia — 9 years ago
Eating dinner at sepia in chicago. The wonderful Arthur Hon asked what I like to drink. I gave some thoughts and be surprised us with this spot-on perfect selection. Tart cherry with red plum, balanced tannins and a nice long finish — 10 years ago
Almost purple coloured, or was it sepia? — 11 years ago
My current favorite white wine - discovers at Chicago's Sepia restaurant. I immediately bought 2 cases! — 12 years ago

Somehow skirts by its sweetness to reveal a wine of great complexity. @ Sepia in chicago — 9 years ago
