Intenso e con un bouquet ricco di fiori e frutta, una mineralità sorprendente figlia del vulcano che lo alleva, 15% in grande equilibrio grazie alla freschezza viva e alla sapidità. Ottima la retro, lunga e intensa dove un bel pompelmo maturo lascia la bocca piacevole. Morbido e elegante può essere usato a tutto pasto con soddisfazione e chissà fra un po' di tempo che non regali soddisfazioni aumentando la complessità. — 10 years ago

Ciliege e spezie infinite, tannico ma non sgraziato, non esagerato, elegante nelle sue note e tutto sommato equilibrato a dispetto della sua potenza. Il bel formaggio stagionato qui secondo me ci stava da 10 ma anche la cacciagione da piuma e la lepre in umido che lo ha accompagnavano non disdegnava. — 10 years ago
