July 2, 2020. Dinner w/ Jack D & KK. KK brought this, we had tasted at the vineyard May 2019. Rich, full bodied Recioto. Plum, raisin fruit, pleasantly sweet. Excellent dessert wine, would be lovely as aperitif w/ cheese plate. Will definitely visit this vineyard again. The Amarone and valpolicella Ripasso were also excellent. — 5 years ago

Smells of leather and cedar wood. Tastes like fine minced fruit and pipe tobacco. Very heavy purple fruit on the tip of your tongue flooding out to crushed dark fruit flavors. Smoky. Structured. Reminds me of drinking wine in a cigar lounge even though I’m not there. — 7 years ago
