Ciliege e spezie infinite, tannico ma non sgraziato, non esagerato, elegante nelle sue note e tutto sommato equilibrato a dispetto della sua potenza. Il bel formaggio stagionato qui secondo me ci stava da 10 ma anche la cacciagione da piuma e la lepre in umido che lo ha accompagnavano non disdegnava. — 9 years ago
