Three shades of Pinot. Texture and creamy heft, green apple, but cutting and determined. Some lil Debbie xmas tree cake but no sweetness. Honeydew and lilac — 8 years ago
Crushed velvet and salt. White plum and honeydew salad dusted w parmesan — 8 years ago
Very nice tart apple, pear, and quince flavors. Nice acidity. I’d call it demi-sec, the wife says semi-sweet. Enjoyable summer wine. — 8 years ago
A really nice, well balanced white. Kind of reminds me of Caymus Conundrum — 9 years ago
Delicious Chenin vouvray, the perfect amount of sweet! — 10 years ago
Sweet but not sugary, a teensy dry. Very nice. — 11 years ago

This was a real pleasant surprise! I know Moët always has good champagnes but the adding of the ice to this really brought out the flavor of this champagne. It went down really smooth! I don’t do sparkling wines too often but I would get this again! — 6 years ago
Unique white wine that is incredibly versatile in pairings and offers elegance, floral notes, and atypical meatiness that remains undeniably quaffable making this wine a delicious and improbable contradiction. — 7 years ago
First thing I notice is the golden color. Very floral, white flowers, can smell the green stem of a flower. Smells very hot, with mineral/shell/slate. Also smells sweet, honey suckle, and butterscotch. Must be oaked at least slightly. Tastes hot, high acidity, citrus notes/grapefruit. Very juicy as well, in guava, pineapple, tropical fruits for sure, and green grapes. Also low mouth feel, aka thin, but it is refreshing. I've never tried either of these grapes and really enjoy it. Pretty complex and tasty! — 8 years ago
Smells like pineapple mixed with peach. Which makes the tart dryness a wonderful surprise. — 9 years ago

Better than expected with floral and hints of pineapple. Muted at first and then opens immensely. Easy to drink and getting better with time. It's a tad sweet, but expected. Will definitely revisit. — 10 years ago
Glorious Chenin Blanc from 94 — 10 years ago

29 March 2017. Rouge Tomate, New York, NY. — 9 years ago
Brilliant. The description says barely sweet, but I would say balanced instead. Has a nice sweet touch to it with strawberry and vanilla. — 9 years ago
1st off surprised at the complex nose. Petrol, subtle oak and aged.cheddar cheese. Some subtle herbs as well. Mouth feel is rather viscous. A touch of apples being sautéed in butter with a hint of dill. Sounds strange but it works. Has potential to hang on for a couple more years. — 10 years ago
Dry Gros Manseng with its lovely nutty, honeyed, oxidative character. Beautiful deep golden color. Great acidity. — 10 years ago
