Saline, sea breeze, petrol, lime pulp. Excellent acidity, silky texture, clean long lemon zest and dried herb crisp finish. Outstanding — 12 years ago

Loved the texture of this wine. Crisp, fizzy, refreshing, nose leads with fresh red berries, fresh dough, and subtle spring florals. On the palate watermelon, sea spray, and minerals. Bright acid, diminished alcohol, really refreshing. — 11 years ago

Yes...again. Second bottle of this in 3 days. — 11 years ago
Lightly colored. Expressive nose that could be described as a mix of lemon juice poured over rocks and sea shells, very mineral and fresh. On the palate it is tight, fresh, salty and mineral with crispy green apple over a vigorous acidity. A real summer wine! Very good+ (89)
