Ten from 2015 for our tenth anniversary! Fresh as can be, definitely cool climate, a little eucalyptus on the nose, cherry cola, floral. Just fantastic! β 2 months ago
Apparently ten is better. I am on the list and buy magnums Chardonnay and Ten. I share my allocation of southing My no clue wine drinkers choose 10. Goes to show that even naive wine drinkers prefer 10. β 7 months ago
2020 Pietra marina - Etna Bianca superiore. Golden straw coloration. From Mila, birthplace of carricante, why itβs superiore. On the nose, citrus, herbaceous, salinity and minerality. On the palate, rich mouthfeel, citrus, herbs, salinity from the sea, and a finish of herbs (tarragon?) and minerals. Interesting- combo of Chablis and Chardonnay. Paired with mushroom and spring onion mayonnaise. β 2 months ago
