2021 vintage. PNP'd. Not nearly as explosive and satisfying as that damned 2019 vintage and less body than the corresponding 2020 vintage but a bit more depth and a tad more spice than 2020. A Trader Joe's spesh at $15.99. Think it'll add a little more body and Beatles Come Together notes in the next 6 months-2 years and maybe bump up to a 9.1. Rare wine. Production less then 3000 bottles 9 different grapes. Perfume of south fruits, yellow flowers, bit minerality, eukalyptus…various fruits in general. Bit buttery, midle to low acidity. Really good, my expectations were higher. — a month ago

Surprisingly, bright with red fruits, anise, wild herbs on the nose. Initial fruit forward, quickly melds into new leather, stewed red/black fruit with a chewiness. Dry, medium plus alcohol, medium plus bodied, silky tannins, medium acidity. Nice finish. It can age longer, but probably won't increase in enjoyability. For the price point, it's a 👍 but not overwhelming so.
