Enjoyable classic example of Riesling from the Rheingau. Honeyed Apple, lime citrus, honeydew melon. Crisp acidity that finishes through. Medium residual sugar that balances nicely with the high acid. Nothing fancy here, but a solid summer white or perfect pairing for some spicy Thai food — 10 years ago
