Laurence and Philippe Greiner are the nicest couple making wines organically in Riquewihr. Here their everyday Riesling has layered aromas of ever so slight petrol, lime zest, wet stone, and fragrant citrus blossoms. The lime follows presenting a lively, medium-high acidity palate that is dry and slowly fades. Linear attack, round on the finish, high quality, great value. — 6 years ago
Wonderful apple pie on the palate, must try muscat. — 7 years ago
Certainly not the same as drinking this in the quaint village of Riquewihr; but, Baltimore will just have to do. Amazing for the price point (we didn’t even bring back any of these bargain bottles). Really cool Alsatian blend. Good balance. A lot of white fruit. — 8 years ago

Mind blown. Perfect balance of sweetness and petrol. Purchased the 2012 exactly 2 years ago at Hugel in Riquewihr. Nostalgia in a bottle. A delicious treat! — 6 years ago
Enjoyed the complexity of this wine. Orchard fruit, green apple, peach, apricot along with notes of honey and burnt brown sugar. And typical great Riesling acidity. — 6 years ago
honeydew, dried pineapple, asian pear, lemon peel, limestone — 7 years ago
The 2015, the other half of the night's comparison. Less subtle, more floral. Jasmine, rose petal, honey. All powerful, but all a bit separate and distinct. I think this could lie down for a good while. Will be pleased to try another bottle in a few years. — 8 years ago
Closed in the beginning. Opened up after a while and WHAO! What a complex fruit mixture! Grape, mango, honey, passion fruit....We loved it! Not a typical riesling, a real surprise. — 9 years ago
Intense citrus line with some peach aromas and a distinct minerality. — 6 years ago

Gewurztraminer from the Froehn grand cru in Zellenberg. Rich, aromatic nose with aromas of candied peaches, floral (white flowers) and exotic fruit notes (lychee, guava). On the palate it is round, very sweet, with hints of chamomile and pleasant finish — 5 years ago
