Color oro pajizo, presenta sedimentos, en nariz muy buena potencia pomelo , flores blancas, manzana. En boca buena entrada, frutal, quizás demasiado dulce, pero agradable y bastante largo... Final muy salino. — 8 years ago

Blueberry and slate on the nose. Nice long and thick legs. Fruitcake upfront, with a pineapple note in the mid palate. Finishes with some heat and a beautiful tingling sensation on the tongue. Great first class of wine in Colombia! — 7 years ago

A fantastic white wine. For me, a good balance of dry and sweet. Not too heavy; seems to be a nice wine for a warm Spring evening. — 11 years ago
A little bit sweet up front with a mellow finish. Surprisingly food friendly (paired with chicken sausage and broccoli rabe pasta) but also delicious by itself. — 6 years ago

Tasting this Syrah made in Peru, young vineyards, I'm sure in time will surprise us, we pair it with Spaghetti (Tallarin) Saltado (like Peruvian Lomo Saltado without french fries & rice), second course, mixed salad, remember always give a opportunity to Peruvian wines, sure you don't regret, the pairing... excellent! Saludos
