"Du måste smaka detta. Det luktar bajs", utropade min flickvän hemkommen från vinprovning i Stockholm. Sagt och gjort. Visst doftar det någon slags spillning. Men inte toan på ett Öresundståg, utan ljuvliga fekalier på en sommaräng på Österlen. Animaliskt, rökigt, syrligt, friskt, lite mintigt. En del tanniner. Kan väl säga att det smakar mer som andra syrahviner jag druckit. Jag vet att Syrah-viner ska vara lite som korviga/köttiga som detta, men de Rhoneviner jag druckit är betydligt mer diskreta.
