It is not a Sancerre, but it is a delightful sauvignon blanc. Some fruit and nutlike favors are evident. My wife and I enjoyed it with steelhead (salmon trout) and roast potatoes. We were particularly pleased to discover it was 12% alcohol, which we find does better with food than the higher Sauvignon Blancs from the New World. — 8 years ago
