Smooth. Took a bit of time to open up. Excellent wine. — 9 years ago
Almost like an organic Loire white, in its funkiness — 9 years ago
Fantastic sake from Nabeshima. Not too sweet, but enough to pair well with the entire sushi omakase. Easy to drink. — 10 years ago
Smells a lil bit like pot. — 10 years ago
Now go get ya peachy shine-box! Chapter 3 of the 4 part saga. Best aroma thus far: 5 year old moscato d'Asti like. I'm talking vibrancy. Sick-tart acidity with good minerality. What, do I amuse you? No sign of funk, unfortunately. A bit too much candied stonefruit on the palate clobbers the initial acid tinge. Best at first whiff, fades fast. Gulp quick and proud, sucka! A bit of a let-down, but a thrill ride, nonetheless. — 10 years ago
Very lovely complex shuraz.

A very solid wine from a great year — 9 years ago
STUNNING. The expression of everything a California Cab Sauv should be. Huge nose of deep, dark raisin/blackberry with a layered structure of firm tannins. The saga-like finish leaves your palate with black cherries and slight oak spice. I'm in heaven. — 10 years ago
Brioche brioche elegant bubble. Love this kind of aged champagne. — 10 years ago
Riesling saga continues. I still remember Mure Signature PN, with its christmas smell of gingerbread. Here we get icy fresh breeze & even lemon & yellowb grapefruit wind in the mouth at the end. Dry and icy, it gets mellow in room temperature. Nose is shy apricot mixed with zesty lemon, great riesling for extreme dry lovers. — 10 years ago
