Medium ruby in color; dried herbs and black cherries on the nose; mild plus acidity; low to medium tannins; tastes like sour cherries, dried herbs, and blueberries. This one was hard to describe, but I had fun practicing. I like this wine. — 10 months ago

2022/5/15 with shellfish porchetta, straw-seared bonito carpaccio, etc. Lemon meringue tart, cold butter, iodine and peat smoke on the nose; the palate follows suit, with a nice blend of mineral, acid and sweet fruit elements. In my most recent safari of (relatively) reasonably priced white Burgundies, this is a good one. — 2 years ago

N: Roses, Cherries, red fruits, dirt, green herbs, pepper…. Nice!
P: Quite umami, red fruits, slight licorice, dirt again, nimble at 13.5° Good blind choice. Shame I only bought 2.

this app totally sucks I just spent 30 minutes composing a long essay about how fabulous the wine is my history with it etc. etc. etc. I switched to look something up on safari to wrap up the essay and when I came back everything was gone so if I feel like it at some point all we do this but at the moment I am so pissed off at the delectable bozos who can't figure out how to make this thing work properly please somebody tell me another app that we can use that won't suck so deeply and long as this one — 2 years ago
