Stor koncentration av lingon, tranbär och lite rönnbär, rått kött, vått ylle, viol, fuktig källare, läder och grusväg. Allting möter upp i smaken med en intensiv mineralsälta och uppiggande syra. The ‘14 remains the quintessential Chablis AOC. So fresh, like just-squeezed crisp Chardonnay fruit poured over fragrant, chalky limestone. What it lacks in depth and weight compared to the top premier crus, it makes up for in sheer exuberance and freshness. Love this wine. — 7 years ago
