Aloha Champagne Fridays (this is the inaugural occasion). This is superb for around $20. The label lets your know this is dry all the way. 100% Chardonnay. Yellow apples and light caramel notes. Friends who take my reviews seriously (should proceed with caution) might prefer the Grüner Brut (Szigeti from Austria) from a little while back at this price point. But this is darn good. — 7 years ago

Great wine! Best part is the smooth, full-bodied finish that does not fall off. — 8 years ago
2012 vintage. Wow...now this is a serious wine. Deep in dark fruit and terrior flavors and a fair share of tannins. This was pure heaven with a barbequed rib eye steak. Another of those wines that I keep on the shelf because they are bound to be wonderful when opened but I want to keep them as long as possible for slight aging. But I never buy enough soon enough before the sell out. Mark Ryan makes seriously wonderful wines and this is surely one of them. — 9 years ago

Apple pie. And razor sharp. Grippy, firm. — 11 years ago
This a blockbuster Chablis, massive, multi-layered, nose still very closed. Offers a lot of potential too early to judge. — 7 years ago
Needs some air, but this is outstanding. — 7 years ago
Light fruity juicy AF — 7 years ago
Beautiful Fleurie. — 8 years ago
Concentrated, less on the feline lemon spectrum than on the seriously ferocious ground sea shells spectrum. Elegant too. Show stopper for under 25$ — 9 years ago

Elegant Texture with Chablis Acid.
Everything you want and more. Going to be an even more amazing wine in a few years. Simply Stunning. — 8 years ago
Bright and buoyant this is woodsy and resinous but bright and taut with red fruit; pomegranate, red cherries, cinnamon bark, dried orange peels all combine to great effect -an elegant expression of Les Serpentières. — 8 years ago
Excellent Grand Cru 2008 white Burgundy from Côte de Nuit. Light white stone fruit, good but not overpowering acidity. Interesting and delicious. — 9 years ago
Paired well with seared sea scallops. Round, crisp. — 10 years ago
