First Chablis ever. Awesome to taste this expression of Chardonnay. Lots of apple notes. Ton of minerality and acid when chilled, as the wine comes to temperature morphs into more complex, richer that paired well with beet and ricotta agnolotti. Can’t wait to try another. — 6 years ago
