Nice floral acidity. Very pleasant to drink right now — 4 months ago
Just a touch past its prime — 8 months ago
Pours like deep yellow extra virgin olive oil, smells like teriyaki glazed grilled pineapple and lemon sesame pound cake, butterscotch crystals, and coconut shavings.
Thick vein of acid keeps this freshy fresh (not at all sloppy).
Great QPR, and something different. — a year ago
Okay this fucks a little harder than the license.

Light lime and pear with wet stone and a touch of salt. — 2 months ago
Opened about 30 minutes prior to dinner but no decant. Served slightly chilled. The 2016 “Blanche” pours a deep straw color with medium viscosity. Developing with notes of ripe stone fruit, tropical fruit, nutmeg, white pepper, minerals and cotton candy. On the palate, the wine is dry with lower acid. Confirming the notes from the nose, the finish is medium+. This is a wine of impeccable texture to match the king crab legs with dinner. Drink now through 2031. — 4 months ago
A little too sweet for more than two glasses — 6 months ago
Fascinating. A lot of melon and earth. — 3 years ago
Rich and complex. Tons of fruits, nutty, slightly honeyed, stoney, full bodied and balanced by striking acidity. Delicious stuff out of SA! — 4 years ago

We’ve been saving this 2004 for a special occasion. It was worth it. Smooth and a wonderful pairing with a Christmas Eve roast. — 4 months ago
Citrus rind and florals on the nose, opening up with time onto a palate that’s far more creamy and medium-to-full bodied than expected. — 5 months ago
The Roussanne was really good, pale gold color, tasting of pear, light crisp acid, and just a kiss of oak. Wonderful mouthfeel. — 3 years ago
My go-to summer white — 3 years ago
Interesting blend with sweetness from the Roussane and heaviness from the viognier balanced with the minerals of grenache blanc. — 5 years ago
