Rondo is a village in Andalusia where the old vine grapes grow at 600 - 900 m.. cab 30% garnacha 25% Tempranillo 25% Syrah 10% merlot 10% and produce rich intense deep berry and tannic flavors revealing the terroir of this beautiful region. I had it with a spicy bean casserole and sautéed greens with feta. Lovely! Could be a bit strong for some but the acid is not overwhelming... — 8 years ago
