This hit it out of the park with scallops and showed some powerful Apple notes with round edges. Wonderfully balanced with bright, crisp acidity. Thymiopoullos Vineyards (Trilofos, Naoussa) earned the wow award (IMHO) in the Greek trade show at 25 Lusk earlier during 2015 for its Xinomavro, and allowing me to meet the winemaker.
