Sour and excellent — 9 years ago
750ml purchased in 2012 and aged in cellar for 4 years. If you have the opportunity, do so. Continues to ferment. Sweetness subsides. Amazingly effervescent. Sharp, bitter, rich. Did foam over continuously, have a decanter handy. — 9 years ago

Solid, but not all that complex. Best I can find for the time being. Probably grade inflated due to the vast beer waste land of Grenoble. — 10 years ago
Great spice, malt and balance. A terrific holiday beer. — 10 years ago

Bottled August 2013
Butterscotch, lemon, a touch of sulphur. Toasted pie crust. Dry. A bit light struck (aged in a flourescent liquor store cooler), but pretty complex & tasty nonetheless.

This is just good fun. Sweet, tart, bubbles and fruit. Cool summer evening, family at the grill. YES — 9 years ago
Very sour, so give it a couple of tastes, and reap the rewards of the subtle apricot. Probably best not to look up what the name means till later. — 9 years ago
