This is a delicious Champagne. Fruit forward, elegant and complex. Nicely balanced and easy drinking.
Good right out of the bottle, spicy and entertaining.
Good by itself as a sipping wine.

Medium golden color. Right after opening, a honeycrisp apple, citrus, grapefruit and mineral notes on the nose and palate are evident. After some breathing, wine shows plenty of oxidative notes. It has a medium rich, creamy mouthfeel. First vintage to go through malo — a month ago
Great as always. — 9 days ago
Nose is racy, deep citrus, orange zest, hint of Tang! Dusty pastry and frosting with cinnamon sprinkles. What a nose, showing better on day 2! Rich and deep, great balance, but still a little tight. Pleasant bitterness and grip that pushes this into serious rosé territory. — a month ago

I generally don’t embrace this cuvée. Especially, at its price point. I’ll take Taittinger Comtes de Champagne, Billecart St. Nicolas and few others before Cristal. But this 13 out of magnum shows promise.
Excellent with the Prosciutto & Melon. — 3 days ago
