A really nice wine. Lots of fruit on the nose. Medium body, well balanced, lingering finish. Highly recommended. — 10 years ago

2008 Roco Private Stash Pinot Noir No.6 Chehalem Mountain AVA Oregon was served with our diner ~ Osso Buco with Toasted Pine Nut Gremolata, Saffron Risotto and Baguette. — 12 years ago
The 2015 ROCO ‘RMS’ is a sterling blend of 70% Pinot Noir with the remainder Chardonnay. This beautiful wine saw some extended bottle aging before disgorgement. Coming from this warm vintage in the Willamette Valley, the wine shows a bright bouquet of baked apple, kumquat and sourdough bread that all line the slightly saline laced nose. The palate shows really good range and complexity which makes it simply irresistible in its youth. The bright acidity and saline edge combine with gorgeous citrus zest and Japanese pear flavors that all mingle once in the mouth. Another stunning success, this beautiful wine has a long journey left in the cellar. Drink 2019-2034- 94 — 7 years ago
