This wine is fascinating. I've drunk it many times in Naples, and luckily now also available. In Amsterdam Deep purple colour, lots if fruit and spice. Very persistent and powerful, but not beefed up by new oak or overripe grapes. — 9 years ago

Rich, fruity nose. Nice and round mouthfeel with solid acidity and minerality. Stewed cranberry, baking spices and dried herbs (oregano) stand out on the palate. Good stuff. — 9 years ago
