Rick Kinzbrunner makes the rk series of wines (Shiraz and Chard) on contract for Vintage Cellars. He sources the fruit from local high quality sites that produce some knockout wines. This 2012 Shiraz is a really solid wine now but will improve significantly over time. A more savoury and deep style than some of Ricks other (estate) wines, the 2012 rk takes the famous Giaconda style and makes it accessible. — 11 years ago

2 1/2 teaspoons of ginger juice
Toss
Toss again with generous portion of toasted sesame seeds
Garnish with thin circles of sliced white part of scallions
