Victory sour cherry gose. Light, tasty and very balanced. — 11 years ago
More sour than other domestic Goses, but refreshing with a nice yeastiness to it. The omission or minimal use of coriander was a welcome surprise. — 10 years ago

Tart orange, salt, good acid, hay, a lil horse blanket. "Complexities R' Us." An exceptional beer. — 10 years ago
2008. Stood upright for 1 week prior to decanting (slowly!). Nice tannic grip, but also somewhat creamy. A cider/gose-like funkiness. Hints of lemon peel, Granny Smith apples, and tropical fruits. $45 from Uva Wines, Brooklyn. — 11 years ago

More sophistication needed. Too simple! — 11 years ago
Now this is a wheat beer. Not sour. Don't be fooled by the "gose" distinction. If it is, very faint. Lovely, refreshing, crisp. #solid — 11 years ago
This beer is absolutely blowing my mind. super assertive fresh notes of cilantro and red peppers, I seriously have no idea how they do this. — 12 years ago
Bright and tart with stone fruit and acidity. Prairie rocks! — 10 years ago

Sour lemon zest, sea salt, thyme, lemongrass. Very refreshing. First time I've had a Gose. Won't be the last. — 12 years ago
