The wine first hits the tongue with strong hints of tree bark and whimsy. Full-bodied and velvety, like the tongue of a mysterious stranger. It dances through your mouth like the moonbeams on a greek beach. It trips down your throat like the thrum of a Spanish guitar. — 9 years ago

L'Ontario a beaucoup de potentiel...! — 12 years ago
Bold expression of this games vineyard. Rich oak and a hearty texture make this wine a little bit husky. Which was the goal from the winemaking team I assume. Not a whimsy wine at all. — 9 years ago
A must try. Not your whimsy Pinot Grigio. — 11 years ago
This is probably Canada's best winery. — 11 years ago

I’m not an art critic - but I’m tempted to give this wine some sort of label awards. The whimsy of the bottle aside, I’m not all too well versed in the Viogniers of Australia. This one maintains so much of its varietal character - dried honeycomb, white blossoms, apple skin - yet finds an entirely different rhythm. Restrained on the nose, yet boisterous on the palate, it eventually recedes into a textural experience - broad and tactile in its pollenous, chamomile flavors. — 7 years ago
