This is a great Albariño with an excellent quality for the price. With an intense Aroma of citrics, melons and white flowers.

Silky in mouth with a moderated acidity.

Note to @Delectable Wine the winery is pronounced “Aranthia” but spelled “Arancia”. A Spanish ringer for Chablis (some people sense Chenin leanings) and a good one at that. Tropical flowers and citrus on the nose, but the palate is energized with lemon, mineral, bright acid, and some stone fruit bitterness. Very light on its feet, but finishes somewhat longer. An earthy nose masks the floral arrangement one expects. There are some herbal elements there, but more along savory lines. The palate shows apples, peaches and a shovel of the earth of Rías Baixas.
